Janitorial custodian                                           Full time-hourly

Qualifications

  • A love for God and the Church.
  • Maintain and exhibit a high spirit of servanthood.
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Be organized and still have the flexibility required to work in a church environment.
  • Be thorough and detail-oriented in performing duties.
  • Able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job, i.e. move tables and chairs, climb ladders, clean floors, etc.
  • Be knowledgeable of cleaning supplies and equipment and their proper use.
  • Able to perform basic DIY light repairs and maintenance in the areas of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other areas of property management.
  • Be a "team" player and able to work for multiple people (many bosses!).
  • Willing to work irregular hours as sometimes required by seasonal programs, special events, emergencies, etc.; also available in case of emergencies.
  • A background check is required for consideration.

    pianist                                                                               part time

    Responsibilites include

    • working with the choir at rehearsals and during worship
    • accompany congregational hymns and other service music during worship
    • play for special events such as weddings or funerals.
